How to set up a Facebook page<\/h2>\n

When open the page of your community, in the upper right corner you will see a link to your Settings. You will immediately see a list of functions that will help you to set up your page on Facebook. First we see the general settings and we start with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to add quick links to FB<\/h3>\n

By ticking this box, you add your page automatically to the quick links that will be visible to you on the main page in the left menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to hide the page status on Facebook<\/h3>\n

It allows you to make the page public or hide it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Facebook page restrictions<\/h3>\n

Users can post on your page with or without your permission only. Or to post nothing. You can also specify whether they can add photos and videos.<\/span><\/p>\n

News feed audience and status of publications<\/h3>\n

By selecting this option, you can choose who will see your publication by different criteria when creating a post: gender, age, location, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Messages<\/h3>\n

Whether users can send you messages or not – it’s up to you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Notifications<\/h3>\n

By your consent, users will be able to mark your photos and videos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Other people mark this page<\/h3>\n

By ticking this box, you agree to other users and pages to mark your community.<\/span><\/p>\n

Geodata pages for frames<\/h3>\n

Other people will be able to use your page to assign geodata to frames.<\/span><\/p>\n

Countries restrictions<\/h3>\n

Here you can select the countries in which your page will be or, conversely, will not be displayed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Age restrictions<\/h3>\n

If your page contains materials for users who are over 18 years old, i<\/span>t goes without saying <\/span>that you are to notify this in your settings. <\/span><\/p>\n

Moderating the page<\/h3>\n

In fact, it is a very useful function. You can enter words where comments and other publications will be blocked (for example, <\/span>filthy language<\/span>, abuse, slang, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

Filter of obscene expressions<\/h3>\n

If you want to limit yourself and your users from obscene language, you may not have to write each word in the paragraph above.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Facebook itself will do everything for you: it determines the words for blocking, using the list of the most frequently marked by the community as offensive words.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Related Pages Recommendations<\/h3>\n

By ticking, you can get to the list of similar pages in the community, alike to your topic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Publications in different languages<\/h3>\n

You have the opportunity to write the same post in several languages \u200b\u200bat the same time. In this case, it will be shown to users in the language that they have by default. All reactions (likes, comments, reposts) will belong to the one post only.<\/span><\/p>\n

Automatic translation<\/h3>\n

In case you do not write a post in several languages \u200b\u200bat the same time, you can turn on automatic translation. In this case, your users will be able to see the post in their native language, but the translation will be clumsy – i.e. machinery one.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rating of comments<\/h3>\n

For especially lazy users – only the most popular comments will be visible, with the majority of likes and answers. Otherwise, comments will be displayed in chronological order.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dissemination of materials<\/h3>\n

Using Facebook, you can download videos. When selecting this item, you forbid thus download materials from your page.<\/span><\/p>\n

Download page<\/h3>\n

This item contains a link to a copy of your page: posts, photos, videos, personal information. This will be necessary if there is a risk of losing data pages or <\/span>you want to share it with the others<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Merge Pages<\/h3>\n

If you have two pages of one company (in cases where one was not available, pages provided different services to the company, etc.), you can combine them into one. This is possible under the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n
